These terms explain the rules for using ModernStock. By creating an account, you accept them.
Your account
Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the businesses you own.
Your business data
The products, sales, customers, and other records you enter belong to your business. We use them only to run the service for you.
Plans and payment
Every new business gets 30 days of Pro. After that, it moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Prices are in USD and can change; a new price applies at your next renewal.
When a plan ends
Nothing is deleted. The business moves to the Free plan limits, and you can subscribe again at any time.
Fair use
Don't use ModernStock for anything illegal, and don't try to access another business's data.
