This policy explains which personal data ModernStock keeps and why.
What we keep
Your name, email or username, phone number, and language; the business records you enter; and technical logs needed to keep the service safe.
How we use it
To run your account and businesses, send verification, invitation, and reset messages, and send the Telegram summaries you turn on. We don't sell your data.
Who can see it
Only the members of your business, with the rights their role gives them. The platform team can see accounts and plans, but not your stock, sales, or customers.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. Ask us through the Contact page to delete your account.
Your choices
You can change your profile and language at any time, and turn Telegram alerts off in the business settings.
